WIOA Memoranda of Understanding
Partner agreements across the NoRTEC 11-county region
WIOA requires Workforce Development Boards to enter into Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with required one-stop partners. These agreements define the terms and conditions of each partner's participation in the AJCC one-stop delivery system.

About WIOA MOUs
Under WIOA, local workforce boards must establish MOUs with required partners who participate in the one-stop delivery system. Partners include:
- Employment Development Department (EDD)
- Department of Rehabilitation
- Adult Education Programs
- Community Colleges
- Department of Social Services
- Veterans programs
- Other WIOA-required partners
